Cost of Production and Warranty

Your stained glass window purchase is fully inclusive of design, consultation, production, installation and warranty. Design and consultation are provided in advance at no charge. Once the design and selections are finalized a contract will be drafted. At this point a payment of half of the total cost is required. Necessary materials will be acquired and studio production will commence. The turnover time varies depending on the project and backlog, and is fully addressed and specified in contract. When studio production is complete the windows will be delivered and installed.

Upon completion the balance of payment is due. Your windows will be guaranteed for twenty years against defects in materials and craftsmanship.
